Besides the feeling that we don’t have enough time to prepare our exams and finish projects, we may feel anxious about sitting the exam. Anxiety can make us draw a blank the minute we read the exam questions or not respond as well as we could. Being prepared to successfully face these tense situations is key to avoiding academic failure and feeling good about our achievements. In this course, we learn some stress control techniques (breathing and relaxation strategies) that will help us to handle exam anxiety and which we can also use in our everyday lives.
