In this workshop, we will enjoy an experience focused on personal development and improvement of the personal, psychological and social well-being. It is an opportunity to learn to feel, be and act, not only well, but the best we can aspire to. We will move towards our full development as people and members of a community. Work will be done on various topics and activities both individually and in groups, which will be reinforced every week.
Groups will be made up of at least 8 people and a maximum of 12 people.
- From late September to early December.
- Ten 2-hour sessions; 20 taught hours.
- There will not be any sessions on holiday or exam periods.
- Group 1: every Monday from 30 September to 2 December, from 15:00 to 17:00
- Group 2: every Tuesday from 1 September to 3 December, from 15:00 to 17:00
- Group 3: every Tuesday from 2 October to 4 December, from 15:00 to 17:00
